In order to give quality care to each patient, it is necessary to schedule appointments. By scheduling appointments, each patient will be assured of adequate time with their physician. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours in advance.

Referral

When your insurance company requires you to have a referral for a procedure or to see another physician, please call our office at (314) 525-4990 (press option 2) to speak with our Referral Department. For your convenience, most referrals can be handled over the phone and we will Fax your referral to the appropriate physician (please allow five (5) working days).

Note: Please remember it is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate referral authorization from our office before seeing a specialist.
